Import & Export processes
For the forwarding business of our Japanese customer OCS Overseas Courier Service, at the
Frankfurt Airport, we are looking for dedicated student trainees for the following activities:
Import
- Input / processing in OCS software
- Unpacking small consignments and sorting (envelopes post)
- Creating and a xing shipping labels
- Machine franking of shipments
- Packing the items in envelopes
- Attaching parcel seals (customs)
Export
- Revision of the current process map including conversion of bookings from the local IT system to the global IT system of OCS
- Conceptual development, organisation and support of the relocation of the operative export business from Kelsterbach to Frankfurt/Flughafen Cargo City Süd in Q4/202
- Integration and optimisation of process flows through structural realignment of the business
- Key account for all documentary and physical processes with OCS and OCS customers
Spareparts/Maintenance
- Key account for the implementation of spare parts handling at GEORGI Handling
