Marketing Coordinator- Italian/spanish - Berlin, Deutschland - NinjaOne, LLC
Beschreibung
About the Role
Location - Berlin, Germany
What You'll Do
Get to know your target markets. As NinjaOne expands quickly, you will ensure our content, website, and campaigns are localized for the specific regions you are managing. You'll need to develop a comprehensive understanding of these markets and continuously share these insights with the team so we can personalize our initiatives better.
Oversee event logistics. To excel in this role, you'll need to be comfortable leading the planning, execution, and follow-up of various events each month, such as trade shows, roadshows, or webinars.
Automate, automate, automate. As a software tool that maximizes efficiency, we strive to automate as much as possible so you can focus on the tasks that require more attention. You'll be comfortable repeating (and occasionally writing) processes so that our work is consistent and becomes easier over time. You should have experience working in sales/marketing tools like Salesforce, Pardot (or other marketing automation tools), Drift, SalesLoft, WordPress, and/or Hootsuite.
Make friends. Our technology partners are key to continuing our growth - both in marketing and as a company. You'll participate in regular calls with some of our partners and get to know the go-to people on other teams to facilitate webinars, sponsored content, and update them on NinjaOne news. You'll also work with our external team members (such as designers, web developers, and consultants) regularly.
Keep us organized. We closely track everything we do, whether that's how many leads an event generated or how many t-shirts we have in inventory. You'll assist in replenishing our swag inventory, reviewing spend and quarterly budgets (as well as maintaining expenses and tracking down receipts), and helping to maintain our collection of resources.
Other duties as needed.
About You
Obsessively Organized and Productive. An effective demand generation program requires relentless attention to detail and lots of coordination. You'll be responsible for managing the translation projects in your region and ensuring that content stays relevant and up-to-date.
Self-Starter. Each member of our team wears a variety of hats, and we want to know that you're willing to take on things outside of your regular assignments, or that you'll go out and learn about a new tactic/program (and then teach us about it). You're the kind of person who takes action and ownership (instead of waiting to be told what to do).
Relentlessly Efficient. It's hard work keeping track of so many moving pieces. Sometimes you check off your entire to-do list before lunch, while other times your morning pivots, and you end up on a completely different project. We're looking for someone who can manage their time and projects while also quickly jumping on other assignments without getting derailed or losing track of priorities.
Other Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Italian or Spanish
- 2 years of proven experience in demand generation, content marketing, or channel marketing
- Experience in B2B software is a plus
- Experience in IT or MSP software is a HUGE plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
