BUSINESS UNIT

POSITION

We are looking for an experienced, engaged and ambitious Senior Business Controller / Financial Planning (all genders) E-Commerce to join a fast growing organization with a dynamic, fastmoving management team.

Tasks

Take ownership of the financial controlling and financial steering of a business unit
Challenge the status quo, drive performance and insight
Improve and monitor KPI's (E-Commerce) for steering the business
Modeling of scenarios and longterm planning; budgeting together with BU
Control and continuous improvement of the monthly closing, the forecast and the yearly budget planning process
Deviation Analysis and commenting as well as deriving recommendations for action
Present and challenge in BU Management meetings
Consulting of internal stakeholders
Be part in crossdepartmental projects and initiatives

Requirements:

Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on finance and controlling or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in Business Controlling of an E-Commerce company highly appreciated
Growth mindset, experience in hyper scaling, handson mentality, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, problemsolving ability
Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with all levels in an organization
Good presentation skills und ability to create spoton / actionable presentations
Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge with ERP systems would be appreciated (SAP, Navision)
Fluent in English, spoken and written
