    We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure that all materials and services are sourced and acquired in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing the supply chain to support our business operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to meet the organization's objectives
    • Conduct market research and source potential suppliers/vendors, ensuring they meet quality standards and cost efficiency criteria
    • Evaluate and negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to maximize value and minimize risk
    • Monitor supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services and maintaining high-quality standards
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and requirements
    • Assess and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes
    • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
    • Proven experience in procurement, preferably in a similar industry
    • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficient in using procurement software and tools
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
