Our department, Finance Group Performance, is responsible for driving the Global MBM Performance.

We are the business partners for the MBM BoM, Executive management, MB Group Finance, markets and functions that identify needs for action, initiate actions and collaborate with the business to deliver solutions.

Finance Group Performance, is responsible for driving the Global MBM Performance and for giving global steering impulses together with the MBM BoM /Executive Management and our Central MB Group Finance Organization including guidance provided to Investor Relations and the Capital Market.

We ensure MBM delivers and grows the best possible value for MBM, MB Group and our Shareholders.

We define aspirational targets, monitor performance, derive insights and define action item to ensure strong and sustainable Financial Performance for MBM.

**These tasks will await you: - Supporting the setup of a global MBM Performance steering framework

  • Alignment of local performance measures with MBM Group strategic targets
  • Conducting regular analyses for group wide performance steering based on monthly rolling forecast
  • Participation in the conception and further development of the forecast processes and tools
  • Supporting the group wide planning process and being an integral part of the MBM Group target setting process
  • Driving the further development of planning process and stateoftheart simulation tools
  • Preparation of topmanagement meetings by providing concise analyses and decision papers
  • Being interface between the MBM Performance, Operations, Governance and MB Group AG FC departments

Qualifikationen:


  • Enrollment in Business Administration, Economics/Finance, Mathematics or a related field
  • Basic knowledge about business model, steering relevant KPIs and their correlations of financil service providers
  • Proficiency in English
  • Expert level in MS-Office (esp. Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Experience in reporting tools like Cognos TM1 and dashboarding tools like PowerBI are beneficial
