    Role:

    This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Collection Specialist where you will play an important part of the ASP EMEA Credit and Customer Financing team located in Germany, or in the Netherlands.

    You will be part of a dynamic and growing team and responsible for the daily Collection activities of Germany and other markets in EMEA.There will be lots of opportunities for development and learning in this fast-moving and results-orientated company which places a heavy emphasis on continuous improvement both for the company and you.

    ASP:


    Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debtsInvestigate historical data for aged debtContact clients to ask about their overdue paymentsTake actions to encourage timely paymentsResolve financial disputes and customer credit block issuesUpdate account status records and collection effortsReport on collection activity and accounts receivable statusAny other assigned work by your management teamResponsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management levelPerforms other duties assigned as needed.


    What will make you thrive in this role:
