1st / 2nd Level - IT Support (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Tier1 and 2 level of technical support in a global IT support team, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows clients (notebooks and PCs, VM's), smartphones, multifunctional devices and network printers
Assists in the testing, evaluation, and installation of patches, upgrades and enhancements to the systems/desktop computing environment
Administration of AD/AAD user accounts, groups and mailboxes
Assists in the management of the stock and inventory of equipment, software and hardware
Takeover of IT infrastructure subprojects
Participates and presents IT related topics in internal local meetings

Requirements:

Completed technical training (e.g. IT specialist (M/F/d) for system integration or comparable)
Professional experience in IT support
Good experience working in the IT field with hardware and software is required
Good knowledge of MS Office products, onprem and Microsoft 36
An Active Directory and Windows Server certification is preferred
Experience in one or more of the areas: AAD/AD, Exchange, MS Intune, VMware or Backup preferred
Must be proficient in spoken and written English and German
