What you will do
- research and decision-making preparation of project-relevant HR topics
- personnel administration support for our student assistants and interns from onboarding to offboarding
- writing of employment contracts and agreements, writing of employer's references
- preparation of reports as a decision-making basis for the administrative management

What you bring to the table
- independent and structured way of working
- reliability and flexibility
- enjoy working with people
- very good written and spoken German, good English skills
- actual studies in the field of economics or social science or comparable ideally with focus on human resources
