Job Overview


As the Team Lead of Real-Time Feed Integration at Solactive AG, you will lead a team of engineers to implement real-time feed integration projects for our global clients in the financial industry.

You will define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to high standards of data quality and low latency.

Your role will involve fostering collaboration, promoting innovation, and driving professional growth within the teams.

With your strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication, you will identify and address technical challenges, monitor project progress, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance our data offerings.

Your Tasks

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful implementation of realtime feed integration projects
  • Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives (OKR)
  • Guide and support engineers in designing and implementing efficient and scalable realtime feed integration solutions, adhering to high standards of data quality, accuracy, and low latency
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing, crossteam collaboration, and professional growth within the teams
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in realtime data processing technologies, tools, and industry best practices, and drive their adoption across teams
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on team and project performance to senior management
  • Identify and address technical challenges, risks, and bottlenecks across teams, proactively proposing solutions and ensuring successful project delivery
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders and stakeholders to align strategies, streamline processes, and drive the overall success of realtime feed integration initiatives
Your Profile

  • Proven experience in realtime feed integration, preferably in the financial data domain
  • Strong technical expertise in realtime data processing frameworks and technologies, with a deep understanding of relevant programming languages and tools
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of leading and mentoring other team leadsengineers or managers
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in defining and implementing project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to realtime data integration, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance our data offerings
