Your tasks

Take over the OTC project execution responsibility of challenging national and international customer projects in the direct business and intragroup supply relationship for engineering, system integration and commissioning of our paper condition monitoring systems.
Take responsibility for the system installation and configuration, including final acceptance test (FAT) and remote commissioning assistance. This may be associated with short commissioning sessions onsite.
After a successful system start up you will assist remote our national and international customers as well as the different Voith regions worldwide with trouble shooting issues.
Collaborate in the continuous development of the product and related services.
As part of the Paper OnPerformance.

Lab you will be responsible for the regular remote assessments based among other things on the analysis of the recorded vibration data.

You will provide customers with the appropriate recommendations and discuss with them.

Your profile

Degree from a technical college or university in the field of electrical engineering, alternatively a technician (M/F/d) with a focus on electrical installations.
You are a certified vibration analyst (M/F/d) (at least CATII) and you have several years of professional experience in vibration analysis. Practical experience in electrical installations is also mandatory. Experience in the paper industry is desirable.
Willingness to travel internationally, with a majority in Central Europe (EMEA) with mainly short trips (30 %).
You have a high level of written and spoken English; German is desirable.
