In Frankfurt, we are looking for you to join us in a full-time or part-time permanent position as an

Assistant to Head of Global Markets (all genders) at Corporate & Institutional Banking

Tasks & Responsibilities:
What awaits you

Ensure smooth communication between clients as well as within the business line or other internal contacts on a national and international level: German, English (and French)
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Carrying out specific projects and researches
Monitoring of the complete Onboarding process
Circulation of client documents (NV Bescheinigung etc.)
Highlighting any issues to the relevant Marketer or Legal team
Organizing Schuldschein Procedure Project under a daily business and risk aspect

Expertise & Soft Skills:
What you offer
- completed education e.g. economics study or comparable
- experienced in secretarial work and meeting coordination, ideally as Team or Personal Assistant in Banking
- in KYC and Schuldschein related processes
- experienced in working with MS Office
- fluent in German and English, French is advantageous
