Specialist CO2 Neutrality & Supply Chain Sustainability (M/F/d):

Your Tasks:

Lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies to achieve CO2 neutrality in the supply chain.
Collaborate with suppliers and crossfunctional teams to assess and reduce carbon emissions throughout the supply chain.
Identify opportunities for sustainable sourcing, materials, and production processes.
Monitor and report on sustainability KPIs and progress towards CO2 neutrality goals.
Implement automatic data extraction and processing using Python to analyze and interpret sustainability data.
Stay current with industry trends and regulations related to sustainability and environmental impact, including Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Product Carbon Footprint (PCF), and Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF).
Ensure compliance with sustainability practices and industry standards, including ISO 14040, ISO 14044, and ISO 1406
Prepare the legal required documentation: Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, Supply Chain Act, Carbon Border Mechanism
Prepare sustainability reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

How you could excite us:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in supply chain sustainability, carbon neutrality, or related environmental roles.
Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and industry standards: ISO 14040 /ISO 14044 / 1406
Proficiency in Python for automatic data extraction and processing.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on sustainability metrics and reporting.
English Business Fluent, German preferable
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
