The Vice President of Operations (M/F/d) plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency of an organization.

This executive position is responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve productivity, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence across all departments.

The VP of Operations (M/F/d) collaborates with other senior leaders to achieve the company's objectives, maximize profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.


Your mission:


Strategic Planning:

\- Develop and implement the overall operations strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
\- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies to drive cost savings and enhance performance.
\- Collaborate with the executive team to establish and execute long-term operational plans.


Performance Management:

\- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operations and identify areas for improvement.
\- Establish performance targets and goals for operational teams, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.
\- Implement performance measurement systems and processes to track progress and take corrective actions when necessary.


Process Optimization:

\- Analyze existing processes and workflows, identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
\- Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
\- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of operational excellence throughout the organization.


Team Leadership:

\- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the operations team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
\- Set clear expectations, goals, and objectives for team members, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
\- Foster talent development and succession planning within the operations department.


Cross-functional Collaboration:

\- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as finance, business development, regional management, dental excellence, marketing, HR, and IT ops, to ensure seamless coordination and integration of operations.
\- Work with key stakeholders to identify and address operational challenges and bottlenecks that impact overall business performance.
\- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve communication, collaboration, and efficiency across the organization.


Risk Management:

\- Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
\- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, as well as internal policies and procedures.
\- Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions to operations.


Vendor and Supplier Management:

\- Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and ongoing management to optimize supplier relationships and ensure high-quality products and services.
\- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.
\- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance operational capabilities.


Your talent:

\- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
\- Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing operations within a complex organization.
\- Strong business acumen and a track record of driving operational improvements and cost savings.
\- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
\- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
\- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
\- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
\- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
\- In-depth knowledge of operational best practices, process improvement methodologies, and risk management.
\- Familiarity with relevant technology and software systems used in operations management.
