You will delight our customers by providing fast and thoughtful support. You are committed to ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.

  • You carry out daily tasks, working independently and in a goaloriented manner

YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have full professional proficiency in German and English, written and spoken, other language is a plus
  • You have strong written and spoken communication skills
  • You are a team player, resistant to stress, and can work in a systematic and logical way
  • You have a welldeveloped command of technology and don't shy away from communications media
  • You must be willing to work weekends and holidays
