The POSITECH GmbH is a small special machine manufacturer with Swiss origins that is active in the field of filtration and inspection technology.

In 2019, the Swiss INSPECTO Automation AG was taken over and integrated into POSITECH GmbH as a new business unit.

In 2020, a suitable location for future product development and the manufacture of prototypes and series systems was found with the sister company MEXON GmbH in Oelsnitz/Vogtland.

For this location we are looking for an ambitious employee (M/F/d).

Aufgaben

Creation of PLC and HMI software and programs for the machines sold in the POSITECH portfolio, in particular of the new business unit "Inspection machines for reusable 5-gallon water bottles" - preferably in automation software TwinCAT (Beckhoff) and TIA portal (Siemens), using Structured Control Language.
Electrotechnical planning and construction of control cabinets.
Creation and updating of CE documents.
Support of the Managing Director in optimizing the manufacturing costs, in particular through the constructive implementation of ideas for improvement and standardization concepts.
Technical support for management and sales in preparing offers.
Project management in the course of the above-mentioned tasks, including permanent project monitoring, i.e. ensuring milestones and delivery dates.
Support of the Engineering Manager and other colleagues at the Bautzen site, where the other business unit, solid-liquid filtration and separation technology, is operated.
System administration, i.e. internal and external contact person for all IT-related questions.

Qualifikation

Automation Technician, Electrical Engineer (B.Sc.) or something similar
Experience in the programming language SCL
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken),
Ready-to-use German with a B1 or higher certificate
Willingness to travel occasionally
Entrepreneurial thinking, result-oriented way of working
International background, open-minded and tolerant of different cultures

Benefits:

Senior staff, full-time job (40 hrs/week).

Flexible working hours, occasionally home office possible (max. one day/week).

Annual salary EUR k plus year-end bonus depending on the results in terms of technological level achieved, delivery performance and financial success of the company.
