King and Moffatt have successfully delivered multiple large-scale projects in the UK & multiple locations in Europe. We pride ourselves on being a full building services solutions provider.Due to phenomenal growth, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor.
This role is responsible for managing all site elements of the project for King & Moffatt and ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.
This role reports to Project Manager and or Contracts Managers and daily liaising with Suppliers, Site Supervisor, Project Manager, EHSQ, Subcontractors.
Electrical Site Supervisor DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Onsite delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE etc.
- Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
- Mapping out weekly look heads and planning
- Onsite coordination plant hire, tools, and labour
- Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
- Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors and subcontractors.
- Execution of commissioning and closeout plan
- Ensure close out of snag lists.
- Deliver on labour tracker.
- Manage relevant external correspondence.
- Order all daytoday site materials.
- Update appropriate information to progress report.
- Maintaining K&M Document Management System
- Projectspecific scheduling.
- Communicate changes to the Project team.
- Project quality reporting and monitoring.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum three year's experience in a Foreman role
- Fully Qualified Electrician
- Qualified QC Tester
- Project Management experience beneficial
- Computer literate
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
TRAVEL
Some travel may be required. Expectation is that this would not exceed 80% of total working time on average.
