Scope of duties

  • For the research group of Prof. Dr. Christoph Klein at the Comprehensive Childhood Research Center of the Dr. v. Hauner Children's Hospital (CCRC Hauner) we are looking for a highly motivated
Our requirements

  • Operation of the WES pipeline based on Linux/Python/Snakemake/Slurm
  • Implementation of a new WGS pipeline in collaboration with Helmholtz Zentrum München and other global partners and networks.
  • Analysis and integration of multiomics datasets (Singlecell transcriptomics, image data, proteomics).
  • Scientific publications in the above mentioned areas
  • System administration of the Linux/Windows computer networks of the Children's Hospital
  • Master's degree/PhD in bioinformatics or a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge in the area of WES and networking with global partners
  • Interest in the development of new technologies in the field of multiomics and machine learning
  • High level of commitment, as diagnoses are often timecritical
