H4 Business Transformation (BT) is the driving force behind the transformation and innovation within the Allianz Group. As part of our Business Transformation initiative, we are focused on harmonizing our processes, embracing simplicity, scalability, and digital solutions, all of which are globally scalable through our Business Master Platform. This platform, along with its Global Assets, enables us to extend the benefits of our transformation efforts to all our operating entities by streamlining processes and standardizing products.
Within H4 BT, our BT Performance unit oversees the transformation process across the Allianz Group, identifying and pursuing business opportunities based on solid business cases. This unit consists of three teams and one of these is Key Account Management (KAMs): Our Key Account Managers play a vital role in steering the transformation of our operating entities. They identify opportunities and develop business cases, guiding each transformation journey to align with our strategic objectives.
