- In the Sales team, you will provide guidance / support to sales colleagues
- You will focus on profit improvement and gaining new opportunities, you will improve the profitability of existing accounts by fully understanding the cost to serve and optimize value propositions for the accounts/customers
- Furthermore, you will develop knowledge and collect data on the account's business, products, processes, growth opportunities and customer
- You will promote sales, introduce the organization's programs, provide account service to assigned and potential customers and develop customer needs analysis, pricing strategy and a renegotiation plan, you can secure long-term relationship by negotiating straightforward agreements
- In add, you will focus on new business development, maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting specific customer problems and you will demonstrate products to new account customers
- You must understand competitive activity and strategies with in assigned area/group of customers, monitor competitive activity and maintains competitive intelligence databases
- On top, you will be able to understand the value of Linde's products and application technology in developing pricing recommend-actions, to recognize and expand opportunities at existing customers bringing solutions and value to customers
- You possess an university degree in engineering or any other technical discipline, major in material sciences preferred
- You have already gained at least 2-5 years of experience in a related industrial environment (semiconductor or electronics market) with an outside sales experience
- A knowledge of semiconductor PVD process or sputtering target market is required
- Your English is fluent as the territory will encompass several European countries (any other European language would be considered a plus)
- You are able to collaborate with a remote team and you have strong negotiation and communication skills
