Your mission:

As Global Head of Sales, you will be at the forefront of driving our sales strategy in a dynamic and yet evolving market.

This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, relationship building, and a tech-savvy approach to tackle the unique challenges of the automation industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Building and

Nurturing Customer Relationships:

Use your proven ability in relationship building to transition from transactional sales to long-term partnerships, deepening customer engagement and loyalty.


  • Strategic Management of

Sales Cycles:

Utilize your expertise to effectively manage and navigate the evolving length of sales cycles, ensuring optimal customer acquisition costs and timely ROI.


  • Expert Negotiation of Contract Values and Terms: Leverage your negotiation skills to secure favorable contract values and terms, offering flexible payment options to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Innovative Use of

Sales Technology:

Embrace cutting-edge sales technology and CRM tools to streamline the sales process, boost productivity, and achieve ambitious sales targets.


  • Leadership in Team Development and Performance: Inspire and lead a robust sales team across Germany and the United States, nurturing a culture of trust, excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Insight-

Driven Market Strategy Formulation:

Employ your strategic acumen in market analysis to continually refine and adapt sales strategies, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs and our product strategy.


  • Optimizing and

Scaling Sales Processes:
Continuously evolve and optimize sales processes, using data-driven insights to scale sales strategies effectively and sustainably.


Your profile:


  • You have the courage to start in an uncertain environment to disrupt the robotics market.
  • You enjoy working in a constantly evolving business environment.
  • Proven experience in leading sales teams, particularly in a B2B SaaS or technologyfocused environment.
  • Industry expertise: Industrial Automation sector.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies and customercentric approaches.
  • You are a conscious leader who empowers an inclusive future for all.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and cultures.
  • Proficiency in using modern sales and CRM tools (SFDC).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Germany and English.

Special Awareness:


The role requires leading a sales team in both Germany and the United States, with flexibility for travel to the United States.
