Your Role


We're seeking a detail-oriented and client-facing professional to join our Marketing Orchestration (MO) team, responsible for coordinating processes and data from multiple platforms to create a more connected customer experience.

As a member of the MO team, you'll play a crucial role in driving a transformative shift in how we synchronize our clients' teams, content, channels, workflows, and data.

You'll need to have a deep understanding of marketing processes, excellent attention to detail, and be able to work closely with the business to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy that's executed flawlessly.

Your Responsibilities
As a member of the Marketing Orchestration (MO) team based in Berlin, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Build marketing processes into the BrandMaker workflow tool based on client specifications, using a client-facing approach and paying close attention to detail.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to complete workflow solution projects from conception to launch, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
  • Document workflow and project processes, including status updates, recap notes, and upcoming scheduling needs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across different workstreams to ensure all requirements are captured, develop the workflows, and communicate the plan back to ensure alignment and expectations are met.
  • Contribute to project plans for workflow deliveries, manage stakeholders, and handle time and project management tasks while mapping platform solutions and workflows.
  • Build workflow architecture and ensure client satisfaction by managing both clients and internal departments with strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Your Experience

  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and nontechnical teams.
  • Aptitude for building workflow architecture and managing tasks for timely delivery.
  • Experience or familiarity with user experience for platform usage and delivering business solutions (preferred, but not essential)
  • Comfortable using visual platforms and project management tools such as Miro Board, Lucidchart, and Mural.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document technical solutions.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory and German language skills are preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work according to delivery expectations.
  • Interest or experience working with automotive clients is a plus.
  • Experience using the tools Brandmaker Workfront and/or Screen Dragon is also desirable (preferred, but not essential).
