We are looking for you as Warehouse Representative (f/m/d) shipping office at our Clario site in Estenfeld (near Würzburg).

  • We have both social and wellness committeesWhat you'll be doing:
  • Handling of the national and international shipment of our equipment, as well as spare parts by land, air and sea freight. (pallet and single shipments)
  • Preparation and processing of freight, accompanying documents + delivery notes
  • Control /cooperation with forwarding agencies and service providers
  • Shipment tracking and handling of returns
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Preparation of export customs clearance (ATLAS) as well as the preparation of related (customs) documents in compliance with the respective legal regulations.
  • Cooperation with customs offices, local chamber of commerce and industry and other authorities
- internal and external contact person for all relevant questions concerning shipping - working with ticket system
  • Plan, organize, implement and control shipping processes for hazardous materials (especially lithium battery systems) and provide operational support for shipping of same.
  • Support with general warehouse activities

What we look for:

  • Professional experience in handling national and international shipments (all modes of transport), transport planning/logistics, or comparable training
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken working with selfinitiative

Wir suchen dich als Sachbearbeiter (f/m/d) Versandbüro an unserem Clario-Standort Estenfeld (bei Würzburg)

Was sind deine Aufgaben?- Abwicklung des nationalen und internationalen Versands unserer Geräte, sowie Ersatzteile im Land-, Luft
- und Seefrachtbereich. (Sammelgut
- und Ladungsverkehr)
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Fracht, Begleitpapieren + Lieferscheinen
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Lagertätigkeiten
  • Planung, Organisation, Umsetzung und Betreuung von Versandprozessen für Gefahrgut (insbesondere Lithiumbatteriesysteme) und unterstützt operativ beim Versand dieser. Überwachung /Zusammenarbeit mit Speditionen und Dienstleistern
  • Sendungsverfolgung und Abwicklung von Retouren
  • Erstellung von Rechnungen
  • Anfertigung von Ausfuhrverzollung (ATLAS) sowie die Erstellung zugehöriger (Zoll) Dokumente unter Einhaltung der jeweiligen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Zollämtern, IHK und anderen Behörden interner und externer Ansprechpartner für alle relevanten Fragen rund um die Themen Versand
  • Arbeiten mit Ticketsystem
Wen suchen wir?- Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von nationalen und internationalen Sendungen (alle Verkehrsträger), Transportplanung/-Logistik, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung- Sicherer Umgang mit allen gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
