CSA is seeking an Operations Specialist. The Operations Specialist works under the supervision of the Program Manager. This full‐time position performs administrative and office support activities and other tasks as assigned by the Program Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all aspects of general office coordination
  • Supports all PWSbased reporting requirements including but not limited to monthly management reports, trip reports, critical information reports, utilization reports, system and network availability reports, configuration management reports, asset visibility reports, and equipment deadline reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the Program Manager and staff
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information
  • Interact with clients, vendors, and visitors
  • Sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including mail and faxes
  • Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx or similarly delivered packages
  • Perform general clerical duties to include, but are not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing, and filing using available knowledge management systems such as Office 365, etc.
  • Support DOCPER processes
  • Support inprocessing and outprocessing processes including but not limited to network accounts, security clearances, identification badges, and U.S. government installation and facility access
  • Assist with visitor installation and facility access
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
  • May conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to the Program Manager, staff and government clients
  • Project a professional company image through inperson and phone interaction
  • Set up and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
  • Maintain office calendar to coordinate workflow and meetings
  • Support staff in assigned project‐based work
  • Other duties as assigned by Program Manager

Qualifications:


  • AA Degree or appropriate experience
  • Experience in general office responsibilities and procedures
  • General knowledge of military operations and procedures helpful
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Good reading, writing, analytical, and problemsolving skills
  • Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management, and general administration
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and systems including but not limited to Office 365, computers, telephone systems, typewriters, calculators, copiers, and facsimile machines
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Must be computer literate, especially proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
  • Good reading, writing, analytical, and problemsolving skills
