To strengthen our Quality Team in Dingolfing, we are looking for a

Team Leader Quality Residents (M/F/d)

Main responsibilities:

Located directly in the Yazaki office inside of our customer's plant
Disciplinary and functional leadership of the onsite technician team
Taking care of the shift and capacity planning to match internal and customer needs
Regular meeting with the team to ensure the applicability of all internal & external procedures
First point of contact for our customer onsite
Organization of external support if needed
Plan and oversee sorting and rework activities at our customer's plant and in the 3rd party warehouse
Documentation of errors and creation of corresponding image material
Training and development of the team
Maintenance of our spare parts warehouse including the ordering of required materials (spare parts and missing

- parts)

Interface between the Yazaki plants and our customer
Regular participation in international cross functional Yazaki meetings
Close communication and teamwork with the Yazaki quality engineer team

What we are looking for:

A degree in engineering or a similar education with a focus on quality management
Completed training in mechanics, technical sector or equivalent is a plus
Several years of experience in a quality function, preferably in the automotive industry
Leadership experience is a plus
High focus on customer satisfaction
Knowledge of and experience with quality management standards and processes, such as ISO/ TS16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA is a plus
Knowledge of wire harness production processes is a plus
General awareness and presence for Yazaki at customer plant communicate issues even before they are highlighted by customer
Good Microsoft Office skills
German and English language skills on business fluency level
Willingness to undertake business trips on a regular level (20%)
Drivers license required
