YOUR TASKS

You are responsible for regular testing of PAYBACK services integrated in our partners' digital channels, e.g. Login with PAYBACK, member enrollment, displaying and activating coupons, as well as collecting and redeeming °points
You check the services in various use cases and with regard to functionality, UX and compliance with guidelines
You develop recommendations for optimization measures and validate them with internal stakeholders
You are responsible for reporting on the status of implementation on partner side and support internal meetings and meetings with partners
You address errors/bugs to internal stakeholders and account managers and, as appropriate, also directly to partners

YOUR PROFILE

You are in an advanced semester and an enrolled student (M/F/d)
You have already gained initial practical experience in the form of internships and working student positions
You have very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
You work in a structured and independent manner, have a good analytical and technical understanding and a high level of quality awareness
You have an affinity for online services, eCommerce and ideally knowledge of app and web technologies
Experience in UX and/or testing as well as fun working with apps (Android/iOS) are an advantage
