As our
Security Administration Specialist, you will provide administrative support specifically in the field of classified projects and general administration support within the NTT Global Data Center Security Department.

As this may include access to very sensitive security information, the incumbent must be willing to undergo a government security clearance process.


Your responsibilities

  • Maintaining personal security files in accordance with state requirements
  • Initiating and supporting employee security screening for public sector projects
  • Independent alignments and coordination with authorities and ministries
  • Management and handling of written and verbal correspondence with authorities
  • Preparation and distribution of regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) security reports for the GDC EMEA Security Department
  • Preparation and maintaining of the departments project schedule
  • Monitoring of the departments collective E-Mail account and distribution of inquiries to relevant stakeholders
  • Issue of specific security permits (i.e., permit for photography within data centers)
  • Organisational and administrational support for the Central Security Department

Your Profile

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Words/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in the Corporate Security field (desirable)
  • Security or business support background & education (BA Business Administration or Security Management) or similar
  • Experienced in the requirements for processing German Government Classified documents (VS)
  • Language: German: Fluent (must)

English:
Fluent written and verbal (must). Additional languages are welcome

  • Experience in dealing with highly sensitive security matters
  • Enthusiastic about improving efficiency within the departmental reporting system
