We are looking for a:

HR Operations Specialist (all genders)
preferably full-time, minimum of 32 hours/week

This is what will make you succesful:
You are a reliable contact for our staff in Germany and Switzerland regarding all relevant HR topics. You run all administrative processes independently from A-Z. Ranging from recording of absences to the preparation of (interim) testimonies. You will deal with personnel-related issues, taking into account aspects of labor
- and social security laws, such as maternity regulations, parental leave, and contract amendments and changes.

You create and manage contracts and initiate the onboarding process.

The implementation of training courses for our staff, and the organization of it also fall within your area of responsibility.

You are the contact person for all questions regarding ESG, as well as Ethics & Compliance and create related statistics & reporting.

As an interface to our service providers in the area of Health & Safety, you will be responsible for occupational safety and occupational medicine as well as onbording
- and health management.

Management of our SuccessFactors HR system, e.g. creating new employees, changing HR master data or processing tickets will become part of your daily tasks. You develop and optimize internal HR processes and ensure their implementation and realization in the administrative and organizational area.

In case of absence of our regular Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for the proper preparation of payroll in cooperation with our tax office as well.


You are a valuable support and sparring partner to department management and is eager to take on more advanced tasks.


In order to be successful we are asking:

  • A Successfully completed business, social science or law degree with a focus on human resources or equal education.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in human resources as well as sound knowledge in the areas of labor law, administration and HR process management, ideally in an international environment.
  • Very good command of the English language, both orally and in writing.
  • Solid knowledge with the use of HR administration systems (ideally SuccessFactors and Timebutler) and confident use of MS Office.
  • A great organizational talent, independent, structured and with attention to detail.
  • A friendly and confident appearance as well as very good communication skills.
  • A customer and solutionoriented approach with the "ability to think outside the box".
  • A high degree of integrity and discretion.
