E.ON Digital Technology (EDT) manages and implements with around 2,200 employees the digital transformation of E.ON. EDT is headquartered in Hanover, Germany and is internationally present across all E.ON locations.

We are looking for a
Senior Expert Data Migration & Integration (M/F/d) to join our E.ON Digital Technology GmbH team.

Your Responsibilities

Further develop major building blocks of the strategy for Data Migration and Data Integration and Data Modeling, as defining common approaches for data migration, migration & integration standards, as well as data migration or data integration solutions
Support the Data Migration / Integration activities by developing Roles and their responsibilities, standards & guidelines as well as processes
Establish, document and train best practices regarding Data Migration / Integration
Coordinate with the teams on Data Quality, Data Modelling and metadata management
Support and enable Data Migration / Integration Projects through usage of metadata and standard data models
Collaborate with business units in preparing, defining and executing a migration & integrations plans for various projects, including planning of testing, risk analysis, impact analysis
Develops concepts and business cases for Data Migration / Integration

Your Profile

Bachelor / Master Degree in Computer Science, business computer science, Information Management or in general IT / equivalent profession
57 years of experience in Data Migration, Data Integration or Data Warehousing as well as Data Modeling

- proven track record in Data Migration or Data Integration projects, programs or departments
- experience in data modeling on conceptual, logical and physical level
- should have experiences in talend or Erwin or similar tools

Able to work in agile team environments
Experience in a fastpace business environments and ability quickly familiarize oneself with areas that are not one's own specialty
Able to work independently with little instruction, can adapt to change
Effective communication skills and customer service approach
Combines datacapabilities with strategic thinking and business rationales
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
