Supply Chain Lead Essential health DACH (m/w/d)

This position is based at Neuss, Germany.

What will you do

  • Lead S&OP Process for DACH Essential Health business
  • Jointly with regional teams drive continuous improvement of statistical forecast
  • Measure, track and report performance of forecast accuracy KPIs, including FVA
  • Setup and ensure close collaboration with other functions such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc. driving E2E operational efficiency agenda, incl. forecast accuracy
  • Promo forecast accuracy tracking ownership for responsible portfolio
  • Developing and implementing robust plans on forecast accuracy improvement
  • Orchestrating successful execution of new products and life cycle management
  • Drives E2E agenda, with focus and clear actions in place to ensure continuous improvement for service and inventory positions for Essential Health
  • Jointly with regional supply team works on supply reliability
  • Represent DACH Essential Health at CE S&OP process, providing transparency of risks and opportunities.
  • Contribute into Demand Reviews and other S&OP forums as applicable
  • Leading implementation of IBP setup and related activities
  • Act as Supply Chain's single point of contact to commercial organization in Squad Teams
  • Take ownership for addressing actions indent to reduce SLOB, driving zero SLOB concept

Qualifications:


What we are looking for

  • University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Supply Chain certification (APICs, IBF, etc) is desirable
  • 46 years of SCh E2E experience
  • Ability to make the complex clear and easily understood by others
  • Making timely decisions that keep team moving forward to achieve key objectives by balancing tradeoffs
  • Demonstrating leadership courage and step up to address new challenges
  • Building interdependent partnerships to optimize value proposition with limited authority
  • Demonstrated skill in influencing and collaboration within and across organization
  • Experience with ERP (SAP R3, APO and BW), strong Microsoft Office skills (esp. Microsoft Excel)
  • Successful track record in delivering activities and projects focused on operational efficiency
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and evaluate processes to determine improvement needs
  • Has strong analytical skills
  • Fluent English (German is a plus)
