Reutlingen we are looking for you as
Service Technician (M/F/d) in After-Sales Service.
What you can expect

  • Handling of field service topics in a national and international environment.
  • Assumption of extended service topics, such as hotline, remote support and oncall service with corresponding reporting
  • Support in the planning and execution of service projects
  • Projectrelated, technical coordination and guidance of the assigned service team (also employees of external service providers)
  • Execution of briefings and trainings (inhouse or at the customer's site)
  • Collaboration in the preparation of quotations, in the creation of technical service documents and in reporting
What we expect

  • Completed training in mechatronics, electrical engineering or electronics, with further training as a technician, engineer or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in technical service and/or commissioning/maintenance in the plant and mechanical engineering sector (ideally special plant construction automation and robot systems)
  • Good knowledge of programming Beckhoff and Siemens controllers
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems in service desirable
  • Selfmotivation for continuous familiarization with new technologies and processes
  • Independent, resultsoriented approach to work as well as a strong customer focus
  • Very high willingness to travel internationally as well as good German and English skills complete your profile
