Our customer is a growing medical technology company that improves life-saving medical technologies for the benefit of society.

As part of their expansion, we are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor DACH with the following
main key responsibilities:

Lead and manage local customer service teams to ensure excellent service and operations.
Planning and organizing local teams, conducting training and coaching team members for personal development.
You will play an active role in sales followup and customer service, taking necessary actions for optimal results.
Drive business KPIs to improve service levels and directly manage order fulfilment in the department.

To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:

Very good knowledge of German (C2) and good knowledge of English
Experience in customer service
You have already worked in a human resources management position or have equivalent experience
Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills
