Our customer is a growing medical technology company that improves life-saving medical technologies for the benefit of society.

As part of their expansion, we are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor DACH with the following
main key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage local customer service teams to ensure excellent service and operations.
  • Planning and organizing local teams, conducting training and coaching team members for personal development.
  • You will play an active role in sales followup and customer service, taking necessary actions for optimal results.
  • Drive business KPIs to improve service levels and directly manage order fulfilment in the department.

To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:

  • Very good knowledge of German (C2) and good knowledge of English
  • Experience in customer service
  • You have already worked in a human resources management position or have equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills
