Beschreibung
Coordinate and allocate appropriate clinical support (e.g, training) for stakeholders (e.g. Clinical specialists) while optimizing workflows and
processes within the team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Allocate clinical support needs for customer requests (e.g., procedure support, screening appointment, product demonstrations)
  • Act as a point person and provide training on scheduling process within defined product range
  • Review reports and confirm run rate details to management
  • Other incidental duties

Education and Experience:

Technical Diploma in or equivalent, 2 years experience of previous related experience Required
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience with basic project management Preferred
Previous experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or other similar industry Preferred


Additional Skills:


  • Fluent in English required; fluency in another European language preferred (e.g., Spanish, German, French, Italian)
  • Good computer skills in MS Office Suite, Adobe, Excel and ability to operate general office machinery
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including the ability to convey instructions and training
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and requirements relevant to brand standards
  • Good problemsolving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment, including interdepartmental teams; occasionally with contacts outside own organization
  • Ability to provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control
measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their
