Our Print Farm is where Formlabs employees can print whatever they dream of - from hobbyist projects to sophisticated designs.

Print Farm gives the opportunity to experience 3D printing up close, so everything has to run smoothly and be user-friendly.

We are looking for a person who can help employees to execute their ideas and keep Print Farm nice and clean.

If you are organized, hands on and want to experiment with 3D printing, we want you to join us as Printfarm Coordinator/ Facilities Coordinator.

This is a part-time job, 20-30 h/week.

The Challenge:

Maintain and keep Printfarm clean and organized
Supervise 3D printing process
Be responsible for the day to day running of the building and workplace services by ensuring facilities matters are resolved in an efficient and timely manner
Organize and arrange mail and parcel shipments (including the upkeep of our shipping and receiving area)
Ensure the reception area is always presentable
Conduct morning sweeps to ensure employees arrive to a tidy and productive setting
General labour including loading/unloading and moving materials, unpacking and removal of trash

Profile:

Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1)
Hospitality and customer service focused mindset
Willingness to jump in and do whatever needs to be done, even when that changes daily
Not afraid to do some administrative work to support a team
Able and willing to do some heavy lifting as needed (rearrange furniture, move boxes)
Excel at getting things organized and helping others do the same
An independent thinker who can see and execute whatever needs to be done

Bonus Skills:

Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
Experience in rapidlygrowing startup environments
