This will be your future job
Warehouse area safety

Ensure safety equipment being used
Control electrical hazards
Report incidents and potential hazards according to client processes

Inbound

Control all documents and received goods
Quality Check of all goods received
Sort/Store goods according to specifications in a correct manner in designated areas (waste handling process, dangerous goods handling process etc)
Document everything in SAP and inform people if applicable
Handling of returns from the technicians

Order Management

Check the orders in the system
Prepare the documents, handle custom related data
Handover the goods to technicians

Inventory

Manual process for stock management for the parts out side of SAP
Make sure that tools kits are ready for the job
Manage list of tools for calibration and certification and test tools if necessary
Verify PPE is in date as per manufacturers/country legislation
Receive tools & PPE according to standards (certificate)

What you bring to the table

Strong capabilities in English (spoken and written)
Strong IT user on general office systems
SAP knowledge regarding the modules PM and MM
Selfdriven
Experience with wind turbines
Forklift certificate
Driver's license
You will play a key role in the fulfilment of the O&M strategy for the site, it is therefore a requirement that you can work independently in a structured way.
You understand culture differences and being able to act accordingly.
You have effective communication skills and drive.
When necessary, you can make quick decisions in difficult circumstances, while maintaining an obliging and service minded attitude and have the ability to adjust to changing circumstances
