Your areas of responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of employee travel, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and other related arrangements
Collaborate with travel agencies and negotiate contracts and rates to secure the best travel options for the organization
Develop and implement travel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and cost containment
Advise employees on travel regulations, requirements, and best practices, ensuring their understanding and adherence
Maintain uptodate knowledge of travel industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve travel management processes
Handle and resolve any travelrelated issues or disruptions, such as flight cancellations, delays, or changes, providing alternative arrangements as necessary
Review and analyze travel expenses and invoices, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness, and manage travel budgets effectively
Generate regular reports on travelrelated expenses, trends, and costsaving opportunities for management review
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and HR, to streamline travel processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Stay updated on corporate travel safety and security measures, providing guidance to employees and implementing necessary protocols

Your profile of qualification:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred), equivalent work experience or equivalent education
Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with travel agencies, vendors, and employees at all levels
Organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple travel arrangements simultaneously
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and analyze travel data and expenses
Experience in corporate travel management or a similar role would be a plus
Knowledge of travel industry practices, regulations, and online booking system
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in English, solid German knowledge
