• Conducting market research and financial analysis to evaluate potential investment opportunities
• Presenting selected investment opportunities to the Investment Committee
• Preparing detailed investment memos and financial models to support investment decisions
• Leading due diligence efforts, including financial and legal reviews of potential investments
• Participating in deal negotiations and structuring of the transaction execution.
• Supporting portfolio company management teams in areas such as strategic planning, financial analysis, and operational improvement initiatives
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of portfolio companies
• Supporting fundraising efforts, including preparation of marketing materials and participating in investor meetings
• Building and maintaining relationships with investors, advisors, and other stakeholders in the industry

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field from a top university
• 35 years of experience in a
  toptier management consultancy firm (
  MBB) or a
  bulge bracket investment bank followed by Private Equity experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Private Equity firm is mandatory to be considered for the position.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• MBA or CFA designation preferred
• Fluent in German and English languages
