Your Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently processing and monitoring of international customer export orders, credits, debits and returns based on customer and order agreements

Responding timely to inquiries from customers, with customer satisfaction in the foreground

Ownership for the customer and active improvement of customer experience and satisfaction

Run and monitor daily open order report. Communicate with planners and shipping personnel to ensure on-time deliveries. Advise customers of changes if needed.

Maintenance, updating and storage of customer information, documents and internal documents

Close cooperation with internal departments such as sales, planning and dispatch

Active best practice sharing and continuous improvement of the processes

Your Profile:

Completed education as an industrial clerk or equivalent

At least 2 years of professional experience in international Customer Service and export order handling

Distinct customer and service orientation and attitude

Very good German and English language skills (fluent in spoken and written), Italian language skills is a plus

Affinity to administrative activities

Experience in dealing ERP systems

Very good MS Office user skills

Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills

Solid knowledge in processes

Agility and ability to work in a team

Good analytical skills

Work in a structured manner and never lose your goal
