Your tasks and responsibilities:

End to end responsibility for tender process, internal and external
Ensure compliance with Apleona requirements (governance, process, commercial etc.)
Host of internal meetings (OPS Meetings, governance meetings (sounding board, red team etc.))
In charge of development and submission of best in class proposal based on client needs
1st point of contact to client or consultant
Leading Corporate Project Team and ensure outstanding employee satisfaction

Your expertise:

Many years experience of leading highperformance international sales teams
Experience in leading international IFM projects and proven track record in closing deals
Fluent in English (native speaker)
Strong communication skills
