In Cap Vermell Grand "Hospedaje Company" we are looking for a Head Bartender to join our team in Ingolstadt.

This person will be responsible for coordinating the beverage offerings for our different points of sale, creating unique cocktails, training the team, and ensuring their proper execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create beverage menus in line with the gastronomic concept of each point of sale
Place orders and collaborate with the purchasing department for the supply of beverages, utensils, and bar equipment
Control beverage costs and standardize recipes
Train other team members
Conduct inventories of spirits and bar materials
Identify sales opportunities and implement Up-Selling techniques
Collaborate with chefs to create beverages that complement the food offerings
Supervise the cleanliness and proper use of the bar and cafeteria work areas
Perform basic restaurant tasks (taking orders, explaining dishes, clearing tables, etc.)

Requirements:

A dynamic, personable, and good communicator. Able to identify customer needs and provide excellent beverage service.

The ideal candidate should have:

Extensive knowledge in the world of cocktails, coffee, and spirits
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Competence in resource management and inventory control
Customer service orientation
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and personnel management
Fluent English (spoken and written) is strictly necessary. Other languages are a plus
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar
