Your Role:
- You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Data Science and actively contribute to the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS
- As part of our rapidly growing Enterprise Data & Analytics organization within the Data Science team, you develop targeted datadriven solutions. As a growing expert, you will support the develop stateoftheart analyses and machine learning (ML) models, and advanced analytics
- You will actively contribute to the exchange of knowledge within the team and the ZEISS machine learning community
- You will contribute to grow projects from early development into fully functional and operational solutions
Your Profile:
- An excellent university degree (PhD is a plus) in natural science, mathematics, computer science, engineering or similar
- At least 1+ years of professional experience in a data modeling, algorithm development or data science role
- An understanding of data analytics and machine learning and their underlying algorithms
- First experience in software development (python) and familiarity with agile software development (git, Azure DevOps)
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Fluent English and advanced German language skills
