Support the execution of justintime logistics of materials and equipment across suppliers, manufacturing locations and project sites.
Support the team with the preparation of business documents
Check freight documents
Send shipment notifications
Shipment track and trace
Maintain shipment data in Fluence systems
Document editing and archiving
Enrolled in a bachelor / master program in a German University
Good Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite skills
Great organisational skills
Team player
Problem solving skills
Willingness to learn new things and embrace challenges
Flexible and versatile to provide on demand support in quick reaction and immediate demand situations
English / German language (preferably both).
