- Analysing and rectifying mechanical faults on machines and systems in the production area
- Carrying out in-process checks
- Participation in the preparation of product equipment
- Support with qualification and validation activities
- Application of lean tools and standards (6S, standard work, control charts, daily accountability boards, visualisation, one-point lessons, etc.)
- Collaboration in the improvement of processes and standards
- Compliance with 6S and hygiene standards
- Completed technical training, preferably as an industrial mechanic, machine & plant operator, process mechanic or comparable, e.g. automotive mechatronics technician
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work in 3-shift operation

Job Description
I am currently working with a leading international company for the production of biopharmaceutical drugs in the greater Bielefeld area. The company is currently in an expansion phase and is looking for motivated and committed new employees to strengthen the on-site teams in various departments.
My client is looking for you to join our team as a mechanic for pharmaceutical production department.
In this position, you will be responsible for batch-related format changes, set-up activities, maintenance and repair work on the production machines. You will also provide support in the aseptic production of liquid and freeze-dried products. Your tasks will also include
