Responsibilities:

Sparring partner for employees and managers on all HRrelated issues
Onboarding/offboarding of employees
Creating and processing employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates and other documents
Preparation of works agreements and works council hearings
Supervision of time management and payroll including followup processes
Managing and working on HR projects and further developing HR processes
Creating and maintaining evaluations and reports

Qualifications:

Completed studies with a focus on human resources or commercial training with several years of professional experience in the field of human resources
Good knowledge of current social security, wage tax and labor law, in particular the Works Constitution Act
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP HR, ideally also Workday
Good knowledge of English
You inspire with your ability to work in a team and your friendly, communicative manner
Your structured and serviceoriented way of working and your passion for HR round off your profile
Willingness for further development and training to take on more complex tasks in the future
