    You will work as an FPGA engineer (m/w/d) for one of our great client in the region of Bavaria next to the Alps and the Bodensee.

    Your missions:

    • Participating in the development of FPGA for embedded systems for aviation applications
    • Executing and coordinating the tasks for the development of software applications
    • Implementing technical requirements and detailed specifications for the optimal use of the hardware architecture, modules and FPGA control systems
    • Programming, commissioning and testing of board support packages for electronic control units and/or applications
    • Carrying out FPGA reviews for requirements analysis and conceptual/detail design
    • Evaluating, documenting and communicating the verification results
    • Creating, testing and evaluating security concepts and analyses
    • Supporting the development of software strategies
    • Collaborating in interdisciplinary development teams

    Requirements:

    • Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, electronics or similar qualification
    • Experience in software development in the aviation sector mandatory
    • Proven experience in the development of embedded systems
    • Proven experience with FPGA technology and FPGA tools asn well as verification (e.g. VHDL, Verilog)
    • Experience with model-based software development methods and tools (e.g. Matlab/Simulink)
    • Knowledge of Aerospace norms (e.g. DO-254)
    • Very good knowledge of German and English
