Our EMEA Talent Acquisition team is looking to hire a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a strategic role in helping us to find the best talent for our German entity & also for other EMEA locations.


The incumbent will also have an opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of the Talent Acquisition process and procedures while being part of an international matrix organization.

What you will do:


  • Run full cycle recruitments for a variety of openings (R&D, SCH, Sales, Finance, etc.) mainly across Germany but also for other EMEA countries.
  • Build deep partnerships with the hiring managers for the assigned openings to understand business needs, technical requirements and team dynamics while providing high quality ideas on sourcing strategies and challenges.
  • Act as a recruitment expert and provide guidance and best practices to hiring managers when needed.
  • Partner closely with local HR Business Partners to ensure that the recruitment process is followed as defined.
  • Ensure the correct usage of internal ATS (HR Central).

What you need to have:


  • Proven track record in full cycle recruitment in Germany and ideally in other EU countries.
  • Experience in managing different roles across the organization incl. sales and technical.
  • Solid experience in LinkedIn Recruiter (sourcing, projects).
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and to lead recruitment projects with remote hiring managers/HRBP for multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships at different levels.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent German & English skills. Any other European language would be a plus.
  • Experience in using ATS would be a plus.
