We are GHARAGE, the Vision Hub of Gebr. Heinemann, one of the world's leading travel retailers.

The GHARAGE was established to challenge the status quo of travel and retail and envision the traveler's journey of tomorrow.

We build and invest in ventures to make travel time more valuable for global travelers.


For our Portfolio Company Duffle we're looking for Co-Founders from different competencies with an exceptional, entrepreneurial and energetic mindset to join the team, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to build the next generation global travel retail platform.

Combined with a passion for strategy and building a long-lasting, successful company to continue to expand globally. This may come in many forms - we are not looking for specific stereotypes.


Duffle is a dynamic and fast-growing startup in the travel retail industry based out of Berlin, revolutionizing the way travelers discover and purchase products.

Our innovative platform connects travelers with a wide range of retail options, offering a seamless and personalized shopping experience.

Tasks

  • Be fully involved with the normal chaos and uncertainty of building a company
  • Collaborate with decision makers/experts speaking honestly throughout the company building process
  • You have constant access to our experts from our network who will support, guide and give you constructive feedback, also from an investor's point of view
  • Be involved in the ideation processes: creating a MVP, raising a funding round and hiring top talent
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, brands, media outlets, influencers, and industry associations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the business
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements, establishing the brand's thought leadership and visibility.
