Procurement Department is responsible for all global needs of the company.

The Purchasing Specialist will work as an agent between the supplier and the company, managing the ongoing business relationship.

You will report to the Procurement Manager Director in Mobileye HQ in Israel.

What will your job look like:

Day to day monitoring and operating the procurement & logistics.
Able to develop sources and monitoring suppliers' performance
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deadlines.
Shortages troubleshooting and escalation to Israel procurement team.
Able to anticipate the needs of Mobileye and negotiate aggressively in the planning of resource provisioning.
Responsible for assisting, tracking orders and ensure timely delivery in expediting purchase orders, resolving problems related to purchasing and answer questions related to the process.
Assist on import / export process from and to Germany.
Recommends cost efficiencies.
Job might require occasionally travel and visits local suppliers or other Mobileye sites in the region.

All you need is:

The purchasing specialist will be work at Mobileye's facility.
5 Year experience in purchasing for Global companies.
Multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Background on transport, import & export.
Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite an advantage
Handle all activities with confidentiality, initiative, and independence.
Other responsibilities as assigned by Mobileye

Preferred Qualifications:

Advance negotiation skills.
Knowledge in procurement procedures.

Technical background

Advantage.
Business oriented

Fluent English

Speaking, writing, and reading.

Academic Degree

Advantage
