Tasks

We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead (M/F/d) to join our dynamic team based in Berlin Adlershof.

As our Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading our development team and driving the implementation of innovative software solutions.

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment, including the organization of our SCRUM events.
Architect and develop software infrastructure and solutions using ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and MS SQL Server.
Assess the skill levels of team members, provide guidance and support their professional development.
Identify, evaluate, and implement best practices and tools to enhance the development process and productivity.

Requirements:

Extensive experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and MS SQL Server.
Solid understanding of software architecture and infrastructure design, particularly in Azure.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to evaluate and improve technical team members' skills and performance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
