Initiate and design advancement carrier programs on the European Level for Direct Carrier operations
Development of target agreements models for Direct modalities
Managing and stearing "best" purchase rates
Execute Carrier Souring programs (Lager size Carrier)
Execute Carrier Operations care programs
Engagement in Ferry operations in Direct carrier operations
Push Carrier Benefit programs
Tariff coordination (in alignment with CM)
Push Fast Payment programs
Leadership experience mostly in an international contéxt
Direct (FTL/LTL) operations experience
Experience in Carrier forums and platforms
At least 5 years of experience in carrier Managment required
Experience with Freight exchange platforms and technology
Strategic & visionary mindset
People management competences and experience
Innovative, Digital, commercial and customer mindset
Analytical / financial competences
