Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • PBMC and tissue preparation, including sectioning (FFPE and cryosectioning)
  • Establish multiplex immunofluorescence stains and analyze with ChipCytometry
  • Perform tests on the functionality and specificity of antibodies
  • Become expertly familiar with Cellscape workflow and routinely conduct experiments as part of innovation and/or other R&D project agendas
  • Perform experiments needed for hardware testing
  • Perform lab experiments according to protocols and SOPs including documentation
  • Maintains laboratory notebooks, SOP documents and computer databases
  • Assist with analyzing data

Qualifikationen:

  • Completed vocational training as BTA/CTA/MTA or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years lab experience in microscopy, or flow cytometry
  • Experience to process tissue including sectioning and fixation
  • Lab experiments in fluorescence microscopy is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and perform new protocols with mínimal supervision
  • Ability to work both independently and in a teamoriented setting
  • Capable of independent planning, evaluation and presentation of experiments and data
  • Problemsolving skills
  • A passion for working with new technologies
  • A permanent working permit is necessary
